We’ve had some issues when we submit presentations where the files are too big for some clients.

But, we also want to make sure we have full high resolution PDFs for presentations.

So we’re asking you to prepare both. A full high resolution PDF and a reduced size version for viewing on mobile devices, etc.

To reduce the PDF size, do the following:

Acrobat DC Pro

1. Go to File -> Compress PDF

Acrobat 9 Pro

1. Go to Document -> Reduce File Size

Bluebeam Revu Standard

1. Go to Document -> Reduce File Size

I would recommend adding ‘_highres.pdf’ and ‘_lowres.pdf’ to your filenames to help you stay organized and more easily identify the file types.
